1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Arzuno ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Arzuno is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform provided for personal and professional use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this service. By using Arzuno, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement and that your use of the Service does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
3. Use of Services
Arzuno provides automated software tools for creating professional resumes and CVs.
- Free Access: You may use basic templates and features as part of our free tier.
- Premium Access: Professional templates and advanced features require a paid subscription.
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose of resume creation.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
- Billing: Premium features are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting Paddle.
- Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Paddle according to their standard terms and our refund policy.
5. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
In accordance with our merchant's requirements, you agree NOT to use Arzuno for:
- Essay Mills & Ghostwriting: Creating academic papers, essays, or utilizing the service for "ghostwriting" services where the intent is academic dishonesty.
- Deceptive Practices: Creating fraudulent documents, impersonating others, or providing false information on resumes.
- Illegal Activities: Any activity that violates local, national, or international laws or regulations.
- Content Generation: Creating deepfakes, voice impersonations, or using a person's likeness without explicit consent.
- Harmful Content: Promoting violence, discrimination, or harassment based on race, religion, gender, or sexual orientation.
- Infringement: Violating the copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property of third parties.
6. Intellectual Property
- Your Content: You retain full ownership of the personal data and text you enter into your CV.
- Our Content: Arzuno retains all rights to the software, website designs, and template layouts. You are granted a limited license to use these for personal career advancement.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We comply with GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations. By using Arzuno, you consent to the collection and use of data as outlined in that policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
Arzuno is provided "as is". We do not guarantee employment or specific career outcomes. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
